If you are planning to sell your annuity payment you should select a company which has a good repute in annuity field. The company should not have any formal complaint lodged against them. Also make sure to check the number of court denials that the company has got in the past for settling annuity payment. If the company has bad reputation or high number of court denials you shouldn’t deal with them. In most of the cases, I would personally advice and recommend on having an agent with you to negotiate lump sum price for your annuity payment. This will help you to get the best deal possible.
