Toll Free Conference Call
One of my favorite things to do is to listen in on a toll-free conference call between the members of the public and our business associates. I think this interaction allows us to further deepen our relationship with our consumers. I believe that the best conference calls involve active listening by both parties. I decided to ask some of my employees to look for a reliable conference calling provider because I decided to use conference calling more often as a business strategy for relationship building. I think conference calls can be very helpful for several reasons, one of them being that it actively involves many people at the same time, which can allow the company to save a lot of time and resources.
